Welcome to Topsy Turvy World! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we've put together these important rules and policies. Please take a moment to read through them carefully before your visit. These guidelines help us keep all our little visitors safe while they have the time of their lives!

1. Topsy Turvy world is a facility suitable for children aged 11 and under with accompanying adults.
2. We have a height restriction of 5ft (1.52m). If your children are taller than this, then unfortunately we cannot allow them in.
3. Adults and children MUST wear socks in all padded areas. This is for hygiene reasons and we cannot make exceptions – we sell socks on reception if you have forgotten.
4. No chewing gum, smoking or vaping allowed.
5. Please don't bring your own food and drink. We provide options that are tasty and reasonably priced.
6. Please look after your children at all times in the play centre. Our team is there to supervise the correct use of the equipment and cannot take responsibility for them.
7. Adult supervisors must be 18+
8. We cannot take responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any valuables.
9. No cameras or video equipment are allowed, except in private party rooms.
10. Management reserves to the right to refuse entry at any time

Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days.

Day tickets are non refundable and bookings online for day tickets only may be rescheduled if requested up to 24hours in advance, but not refunded.

Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the party date for £40 admin fee, parties are non refundable.

General POlicy

Behaviour POlicy‍

Parents/Carers:

• Supervise your children at all times
• Do not leave the venue if your children are unsupervised
• Be respectful to other families and staff

Children:

• No shoes in play equipment - socks only
• No rough play, pushing, or hitting
• Be kind to others
• Listen to staff
• Stay in age-appropriate areas

General:

• No food or drink in play structures
• No climbing on outside of equipment
• No throwing objects
• Follow all safety instructions

If you do not abide by these rules, The Topsy Turvy World team reserve the right to remove you from the premises with no warning and no refund.
